ThreeSixZero provides event-management services based in Mumbai. Contact us at hello@threesixzero.live about this website or your information.

Event enquiries

When you submit the form, we collect your name, email, function type, event details and consent to contact you. You may also provide a phone number, date, guest count, venue status and location. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and discuss your event, not to subscribe you to marketing.

How information is processed

The website and enquiry service use Amazon Web Services. Form records are stored in the Mumbai region. Enquiry notifications are sent to our business inbox; Google Workspace handles our email. An acknowledgement may be sent to the email address you supply when sending is available. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in the initial enquiry.

Security and retention

Form records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days; deletion is processed asynchronously. Email correspondence may be retained to manage your enquiry and any resulting event arrangements. The enquiry service uses a hashed IP address and hashed email address for short-lived submission limits. Hosting providers also process technical request information to deliver and protect the service.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your enquiry details, or stop contacting you, by emailing hello@threesixzero.live. We may need to confirm the request relates to your information and discuss any records needed for ongoing arrangements.

Cookies and preferences

We use essential browser storage to remember privacy choices. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics processes website usage and technical browser/device information to help us improve content and the enquiry journey. We do not send your form answers or enquiry references to Analytics. Google may process this information outside India. No advertising trackers are installed.
